With an EPFL engineering degree in microtechnology, Florian ventures into computing and quickly climbs the ranks: project manager, team leader, and CIO. He has always worked in an industrial and international environment. After managing numerous projects related to the Supply Chain, he was tasked with creating a Supply Chain function by merging several teams. At the end of this mission, he assumed the role of Supply Chain Director, which he held for five years. He later returned as CIO, drawn back to transformation projects. In early 2024, after eight years of transforming the IT department, he decided to become independent to offer his services as an on-demand CIO and transition CIO, bringing his transformation expertise.

Portfolio of Missions/Projects
- VP Information Systems (LEM International SA): Complete reorganization of the IT team (ultimately 30 people across 5 sites serving 17 countries). Development of a cybersecurity strategy and implementation to ensure cyber resilience. Complete transformation of the IT landscape (cloud migration) to implement modern digital solutions. Launch of a comprehensive enterprise transformation program, including the replacement of most core applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, etc.) to enable faster company growth.
- Global Supply Chain Director (Piaget International SA): Managed the Supply Chain team (25 people) and defined the structure of the function. Supervised the deployment of the SAP project for the brand in its subsidiaries, including in-store retail. Established management processes based on best S&OP practices.
- Organization & IT Manager (Piaget International SA): Founded and managed the IT team (15 people, including 4 new hires). Defined the target IT landscape and roadmap, as well as the corresponding budget.
- Business Application Manager (Patek Philippe SA): Established and managed the team required for SAP (7 people, including 4 new hires). Coordinated all SAP projects and created a Helpdesk team to improve user support. Led SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Purchasing & Inventory (MM), and Production (PP) projects.
- Business Analyst (Firmenich SA): Installed and maintained the ERP (QAD MFG/PRO) for all European sites.
