  • CRM Overhaul for a School Group (Igensia): Cartelis supported this group in defining its business vision, selecting a new CRM, and overseeing deployment for 120 users, ensuring coordination with other projects (PIM, BI).
  • Deployment of a Customer Data Platform for a Cosmetics Brand (Oh My Cream!): Cartelis defined the data strategy, designed the technical architecture, and led the deployment of a CDP to support the brand's loyalty program.
  • Implementation of a Performance Management System for a Jewelry Brand (Les Georgettes): Cartelis configured a CDP (Splio) and a BI tool (Power BI) to allow the brand to track the performance of its stores, defining key indicators and producing reports.
